Businesses closed at weekends
I have lately been getting a lot of these on my MFN orders....
"The destination is a commercial address. Delivering outside business hours can lead to poor customer experience and may prevent repeat purchases from the customer."
So what do you do when they order Next Day Delivery on a Friday?

The only thing you can do is send it, if they have ordered next day there will probably be someone there to receive it. We have had this when someone has ordered on a Thursday but opening hours of the business shows it is closed on a Saturday, Amazon remove all 2 day delivery options and only show next day deliveries usually double the price of the normal delivery costs.
It's just another of amazons ridiculous ideas. If I ordered something that stated the delivery date was a day I was closed I would either delay the order or expect it delivered when we were next open.

So it seems there has been an update to Buy Shipping overnight.
Now, if you have 2 day shipping, but day 2 is a Saturday/Sunday, it forces you to pay for more expensive next day !!

The common-sense approach would be for Amazon to inform the customer when buying and extend delivery estimates as required. But it's Amazon.

This is absolutely ridiculous. We have a "business order" (not really a business order, someone ordering something for themselves and putting it through their business account so they can reclaim the VAT) that is also an SFP order.
The "business" states that it is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. So when we try to dispatch via RM24 through buy shipping it won't allow us because it "does not meet the business operating hours".
But it's a Prime order and we are expected to ship it via a "premium offering" and deliver it tomorrow or our SFP metrics will be affected.
A complete contradiction.
We should be allowed to ship it as RM24 and if the "business" is closed then tough, they can collect it from the delivery office or RM can just attempt redelivery on the Monday.
