  1. Make sure the product meets all USA standards in packaging, and US custom requirements before shipping.
  2. Make sure the product in question can be sold on the Amazon site.
  3. Amazon is not accepting new inventory from sellers until after the first of the new year.
  4. Work on getting approved to sell in the required category, then work on getting approved to sell the actual product itself.
  5. Select a shipper to use. Either the full-service shipper or a shipper who consolidates.

When all that is completed, you will be ready for the shipping address.
