Hello,
On October 3, my account was disabled due to section 3. The reason for this was that the product was suspected to be counterfeit and an invoice was requested from me. I bought a product from Amazon's own website and the seller is Amazon. When I share the invoice for this, they say they do not have enough information. My account has been disabled due to suspicion of counterfeit products. But I have the invoice from Amazon and the seller is Amazon. How can my account continue to not be opened due to such suspicion? Then, should we suspect that the products sold by Amazon are fake? Dear Amazon administrators, I am currently suffering and I ask for your support.

An invoice from Amazon isnt seen as a valid supply chain by Amazon as theyre not a wholesaler

can you look at my case too and help me please:
My account was deactivated two months ago due to Section 3, related to a product I sold in May. I haven't sold this product since then. I’ve provided all the requested documents and submitted five appeals, all of which were declined. Do you have any advice? Is there anyone here who can help me?
Today, Amazon informed me that they can’t verify the invoice because it doesn’t include a tracking number. However, invoices are usually generated after a sale, and the tracking number is added only when the product is shipped. So, it doesn’t make sense to require it on the invoice itself.
Additionally, the product that caused my account deactivation is no longer available on my supplier's website, so Amazon can't verify it there either.
