How to move a listing with its inventory from an account to another?

This is not possible.
Assuming you own both accounts -- the accounts are not supposed to be selling the same sort of items.
But if you -- in error -- listed an item on the wrong account, just delete it there and list on the other.
Of course if you are using FBA, it's not that simple. You have to recall and relabel.
If you are talking about transferring to an account not your own -- this is not possible.
