Account deactivated need help

I received a mail from amazon.co.uk on 6th of December in which I was asked to schedule an appointment for a video call verification. I scheduled the appointment for the December 07, 2021 at 03:20 PM Greenwich Mean Time. I got a confirmation mail for video call schedule. On 7th December, about 2 hours before the video call verification I received mail about cancellation of scheduled appointment with a link to reschedule. When I open the link, it says your video call verification is completed now and asked to wait for 72 hours for further verification.

I waited 72 hours and didn’t get any response from amazon. My account is deactivated. I don’t know the exact reason for deactivation.

I have two submissions the first one on 11th December and second one is 5th January. No one replied to anu submission. I tried to open case but the case was closed because it was not the right channel. I have submitted all documents again in submission. Can anyone help in this matter

I don’t know the reason why amazon is not giving any kind of response. Is it normal to wait weeks for a response from seller support team?

To reactivate your account, schedule an appointment to complete your identity verification via video call.
During the video call, you will be required to show our associate the original copies of the identity document that you provided when you registered your account. We do not accept any new documents.
How to schedule an appointment for the video call
To schedule an appointment for your identity verification, click here.
On the "Identity Verification" page, follow the instructions on screen to schedule a video call and select a date and time slot for your appointment among the available options.
Review the appointment time and the other resources to prepare for the video call.
Click "Next" to confirm the appointment.

amazon.com deducted monthly fee instead of amazon.co.uk. Got section 3 in amazon.com
