OTP constantly
Hi all,
Does anyone know how i can turn off the dreaded OTP. I'm spending less time in my business and i'm constantly getting texts from employees asking for the OTP which can only be sent to my phone. Amazon don't let me set the OTP to go to an email or to turn it off entirely.
Does anyone have any ideas?

As far as I'm aware - OTP is now a requirement.
However, are all your employees logging in via the same account?
I've got others logging into amazon, but they all use their own secondary user accounts.
An alternative would be to switch to using a 2FA app - that wouldn't necessarily need to be to your phone then.
