Account set to inactive due to dormancy

i put my amazon store on holidya for 3 month and now my account was set to inactive due to dormacy. I successfully update the credit card information as per email says,but still i am unable to access the seller central and also unable to reques support or create a case on seller central.

amzon support please help me on this.

I am experiencing same problem that I can’t get access to Amazon support and the ask is the same to update bank card/identity. However in the bank card section as well as the identity it’s marked as all active and functional. Not sure what to do as well as can’t get any help or access to Amazon support. Have also posted like you on this forum yesterday and so far no response from Amazon.

Unlike you I have never put my account to dormancy but rather using the account was in process of applying for Amazon brand approval.

Can someone from Amazon please assist the op and myself?

Hi,

mine got restored after 4 day's after updating the debit card detail's

so please allow few day's before.as there is no way to contact customer service as well through account.
