US seller account deactivated and cannot access Seller Central – posting here for help
Hello sellers and Amazon moderators,
I am posting in this forum because I cannot access my Seller Central account in the Amazon US marketplace.
My Amazon.com seller account was recently deactivated and I cannot log in to Seller Central. When I try to access it, the system only shows a message saying that I am not authorized to access the account.
Because of this, I cannot check my account health, review the reason for the deactivation, or submit an appeal through Seller Central.
I have already created several support cases and sent emails to Amazon explaining the situation, but I have not yet received a solution.
Here is my situation:
• I am a new seller and have not started selling yet. I only created listings to learn how the system works.
• I registered my seller account using one email address.
• Later I also created a buyer account using the same email address.
• After receiving the deactivation email, I checked my buyer account and Amazon requested payment verification.
• I completed the payment verification successfully.
However, my seller account still cannot be accessed. When I try to log in to Seller Central, it only shows a message saying that I am not authorized.
Although I am posting here, my issue is related to the Amazon US marketplace.
If any Amazon moderators see this message, I would sincerely appreciate your help reviewing this situation.
If any sellers have experienced a similar issue, I would also be very grateful if you could share how you resolved it.

@Seller_zCeIWJVoziL9H - as far as I know (though I may be wrong !), UK mods cannot deal with US issues/other marketplaces.
Are you sure that your account is fully verified yet ? - as you say you are a new seller - it can take time, depending on the info you have provided and your business set-up. Creating listings before you are verified does seem to cause problems.
