£30 refund how to claim

hi ,yesterday I did open seller account , didn't know it's complicated... How to get refund after I switched to individual account? Been on chat, Mohammed could not help,on the call they couldn't oh god so I am here now . Also I have been charge tg for merchant option for £10 for 10 different countries. No info about that fee ,it says not chargeable but I will see on my statement but money has gone from my account! How to get refund? Why is so complicated?

make sure your account is downgraded to individual to stop more monthly charges/?you need to get through verification and then ask for a refund - so long as you haven’t used the account.

Selling on Amazon these days is becoming more and more complicated, with so many new policies and metrics to meet. It is not the individual account you have actually switched to but should be the individual selling plan. The amount taken for each country will not actually be taken but is just 'on hold' whilst they verify your bank account info. and will be refunded.

As above reply, once your account is fully verified, with green tick against everything, then you can request a refund of the £30 pro.plan fee. Whatever you do, do not send any goods in to Amazon for FBA (if that is what you intend to use) until your account is fully verified.
