Account has been deactived, which address required? Business or Residentail address?
deactivation of my UK account due to an issue with address verification.
Initially, I was asked to provide a RESIDENTAIL ADDRESS for verification, but this led to the account being deactivated. Later, an officer informed me that I should submit the BUSINESS ADDRESS, as listed in my IDENTITY INFORMATION on the Seller Central platform, instead of a residential address.
To resolve this, I submitted the government-issued certificate of business registration that verifies the business address. However, despite multiple attempts, I continue to receive the same rejection response repeatedly.
And wonder why AMAZON asked me to provide the proof of my residential address, which eventually lead to my account deactivation.
Could you please hlep me on how to successfully reactivate my account? I am committed to providing any additional documents or information required to resolve this issue.
