Amazon has our whole balanced at Reserve for no reason apparently

Amazon for some unknown reason has our whole balance to Reserve and we can’t get paid because of it.
1)Over 15 days pasted from most delivered orders
2)We are fully verified
3)KYC done
4)We have no pending chargebacks
5)We have no A-Z claims
Every settlement period we getting 0(propably because funds are on reserve)
When we try to create a ticke they always response with the same non-sense automatic email and we can’t find a solution.
Does anybody knows why our balanced is reversed and when they will be released?
We feel like we getting scammed here

A few things:
- make sure bank info has been verified - it can need redoing even if done recently
- payments are on hold until 7 days after the last estimated delivery date if you aren’t using a carrier that uses tracking Amazon has access to. Given how large delivery windows can be it could just be that you haven’t reached the required date.
- least likely is an account issue that has prompted Amazon to hold funds, but as mentioned this is usually the least likely.

Verification can take several weeks
Go to settings - account info - account status what does it say
Also go to reports - payments on the bottom right hand side it may say transfer of xx funds due to be disbursed on xx date

Amazon obviously doesn’t care to explain us the situation or how this thing working…
So i think all we can do is wait…

Hi, did you made any changes to your Bank account information, or charge methods?
Do you use accepted Payment Service Provider?
