Reimbursement Reversal
Is there any way to dispute a reimbursement reversal?

Hi @Seller_kKWeCMQEEADtr,
According to the "Reimbursements" section at FBA inventory reimbursement policy, Amazon may reverse a reimbursement if:
"If a reimbursement was made in error, or if a reimbursed item is later found and returned to your inventory"
However, you can dispute this! Under "Calculation of reimbursement value" on the same help page, it states you can "file a claim on Contact Us in Seller Central within 60 days after we have issued the reimbursement" if you disagree with the valuation.
When reviewing your case, Amazon looks at several factors to determine the fair value, including:
- Your median sale price over the past 18 months
- Other sellers' median prices
- Your current list price
- Market prices from other sellers
I'd recommend including any relevant documentation that supports your case when filing the dispute.
