Amazon Handmade New seller Application

I have tried to fill the application form for Handmade account several times but the images do not upload for some reason. I am using high resolution & right format but it simply doesn’t work. I am not sure what to do about this. Please help if anyone has applied without issues.

When applying to start selling on Handmade, Amazon recommend that before you begin, to log out of all Amazon accounts and that you use a desktop or laptop computer for this process.
This should allow the Image uploads to process unhindered.
