Changing postage rates in Individual Seller account
I would like to change the postage costs on my item. It has been set by Amazon at £4.59 but I can have it delivered by Hermes for £2.90. I think the high postage rate will put people off buying can someone please tell me if I can change it as I am starting to pull my hair out!!!

You need to be on the professional plan (paying the £30 monthly fee) to set your own postage rates, on the individual plan, Amazon set the postage rate, you can’t change it, but you can adjust your selling price to balance out the overall cost (price+postage).
If you can manage to sell 35+ items month, it’s worth upgrading to a professional plan.
