Active listing but showing as currently unavailable despite good stock level?

After help please, I have listed items which are showing as active, I have entered the correct stock levels but clicking on the item reveals “currently unavailable don’t know when or if this item will be available”

I have tried amazon support with no joy, they suggest this…but I cannot find a category attribute?

  1. On the Manage Inventory page, click the Edit button next to the product you want to fix.
  2. Toggle the ‘Advanced View’ to on
  3. Select tab ‘More Details’
  4. Locate the ‘Category’ attribute and click edit to assign a category

Have you posted in the right category with the correct information? Also it takes a while with each listing to process any changes so if you are going into inventory and editing any information then it will take even more time to adjust.

If this was your very first listing and you are a new seller and your account is still going through verification this could also be a reason why.
I would give it a full day and see if it’s available. If not contact amazon support.
