How to remove 'Product under hazmat review'

Hello guys, when I try send my shipment for a new product which I spent thousands on stock, I get the following message:

'This product is regulated as a dangerous good and is not eligible for Amazon or Amazon partnered carrier. To continue, please remove the product from the shipment. Find out more

Your product requires approval to sell.

This product is under Hazmat review. Additional information about the batteries is required in order to complete the process.'

My product includes a small usbc rechargeable low power LED light. What can I do to get this review removed?

Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Hello @Seller_JpSadWFzcbFCf,

Thank you for reaching out. I just came across your post. Since your product contains a USB-C rechargeable battery, Amazon has flagged it for a dangerous goods (hazmat) review, which requires additional battery information before you can ship.

To resolve this, you'll need to submit a Battery Exemption Sheet. Go to Manage Dangerous Goods Classification in Seller Central, select your preferred language on the right side, and download the "Exemption sheet for battery and battery-powered products."

You'll need details from your supplier such as battery type (lithium-ion), watt-hours (Wh), voltage, and confirm it's "contained in equipment." Fill in all cells highlighted in red, save as an Excel file, and upload it via "Upload document" on the same page. Amazon will review your submission within 2 business days. You can check your ASIN's classification status using the "Look up an ASIN" tool on that page. If you need help locating the battery specs, your manufacturer should be able to provide these from the product's technical documentation.
