Inventory Transfer Invoice

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

We’ve received an invoice from Amazon today for Inventory Transfer Fees. I’ve searched everywhere to find what these fees are and how they are billed but cannot find anything.

Does anyone know if they are in addition to the standard fulfilment, referral and storage charges?
