I get the following Prompt to reactivate my account:
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and provide one of the following documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered and contain the required information. We do not accept screenshots. The name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
-- A business license if applicable
-- A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible
I keep submitting my phone bill from 3 which has my full name and address on it.
I get one of the following responses:
1. We were unable to complete the review because you did not provide the documents required for the appeal.
or
2. We were unable to verify the documents that you provided.
I have checked and the document seems to meet the requirements of Amazon. No one will tell me why it is not accepted nor what they expect me to upload. This has been ongoing for 2 years now and I have uploaded documents many times, which Amazon never accepts.
Can someone please help, I have emailed amazon many times and no one will respond to my case.
