Orders not showing?
I am FBM. I received email notifications that items have sold. I can also see them on ShipStation. However, i buy my postage/tracking from Amazon Seller Central. Again, on the dashboard, I can see I have three orders, but when I click on manage orders to purchase postage and fill the orders, the orders aren't showing. The header says the correct amount of orders unfilled, but they aren't listed and I can't fill them.
Opened a ticket with support, of course. But I got the "the specialist will have to take a look at this."
Now what? Do I fill the orders using ShipStation? Will I get "credit" for not shipping them out today because of this technical issue if I fill them tomorrow?

Are the order in "pending" status or "unshipped" status?

Ooof everyone - I did it to myself. In the upper right hand side of the Manage Order pages you can search by dates. I forgot I had used this function to see how many shipments I had in December. The setting stayed on and stayed set to December so when I went in to process my orders, today's order were not showing. I toggled it back to the today setting and the orders showed up. Whew!
