Return over 30 Days Fulfilled By Amazon
We are a fulfilled by Amazon seller. A customer initiated a return more than 30 days after the purchase and was told by Amazon they would need the seller to authorize this. The customer reached out to us. In this particular situation, we are willing to grant the return but are not aware of how we would do that since we are fulfilled by Amazon. Is there a way for us to authorize this?

Happy to be corrected here, but I'm not sure there is a method to adjust or authorize FBA returns on the seller side. To my knowledge those settings only exist on the FBM side of things within Seller Central. It's possible they were given bad info from Customer Support? I would maybe ask for a screenshot of their communications with support to verify, feel free to post it here if you get that!
