Barcode & shipping labelling help

Hi,

I currently send in stock on a pallet to the FBA fullfilment centres, roughly 300 individual boxes per pallet. Each unit has it’s own EAN barcode and the pallet gets wrapped and given the shipping label printed through the Amazon system. I’ve had an email saying that a delivery doesn’t comply with the Licence plate receiving that Amazon uses. I think this is to do with a SSCC label but can’t be certain???

When I talk to Amazon they say this LP receive is Vendor Central, not Seller Central and I get stuck in that loop, can anyone offer some advice on this!?!?!?!

Thank you in advance :slight_smile:

Hi I will be honest I have never heard of “Licence Plate”
Your items use EAN and not Amazon barcodes yes? and your shipping label was printed from the shipment preparation screen yes? showing SKus or mixed etc.
Just to confirm below also;
You used amazon partner carrier
Pallet on outa pack shows you name and return address?
Shrink wrap is clear and see through
weight is less than 500kg
