Product's detail page updates revert

Hello fellow Amazon sellers,

I am encountering a perplexing and frustrating issue with my product's detail page, and I'm reaching out to the community for assistance as I've exhausted my options with Amazon Seller Support. Here's the ordeal I've been facing:

Problem 1: Update Delays and Reversions

Whenever I attempt to make changes to my product's title, bullet points, or description through Seller Central, I receive a notice that the updates will take 24 hours to reflect on the detail page. However, despite this assurance, the changes never actually appear on the page. To resolve this, I've contacted Amazon Seller Support, providing them with clear photos of the product showcasing its label and EAN. They have successfully updated the details, but disappointingly, all these attributes revert back to an older version within a day or so.

Problem 2: Mysterious Language Switch

Adding to the complexity, my product description in the UK market has inexplicably switched to German. I want to emphasize that I never initiated this change, and now I find myself unable to rectify it. This situation has left me feeling helpless, as it's impacting my ability to effectively manage my listing.

To provide more context, I created the ASIN and listing five years ago, along with a unique brand name, which, though not trademarked or registered in the Amazon Brand Registry, is genuinely exclusive to my product. My offering is highly unique and involves collaboration with multiple suppliers, making it virtually impossible for any third-party seller to replicate my listings. Furthermore, there has never been another seller offering the same ASIN.

Despite these unique circumstances, I find myself trapped in a cycle of unexplained listing changes that consistently revert to their previous states. My interactions with Amazon Seller Support have not yielded a solution, as they merely offer to update the listing on my behalf, which proves ineffective.

I am at a loss as to why these issues persist, and I'm desperately seeking guidance and assistance from anyone who may have encountered similar challenges or has insights into resolving them.

Your expertise and advice would be greatly appreciated as I continue to work towards regaining control over my product listings. Please, if anyone has any knowledge or solutions to offer, I would be immensely grateful for your assistance.
