What are : Non Prime PSO orders

I have been waiting for 5 days for Amazon to answer this question.

Can amyone tell me what constitutes a "Non Prime PSO orders"

Amazon are reporting a Premium Delivery Eligibility "Not eligible" performance error on my account.

However they seem unable/willing to expain what a Non Prime PSO order is.

How do I identify a PSO over other non prime orders?

it’s a premium shipping order.

You must have two day and one day shipping offered on one of your shipping templates. Normally customers pay extra for either two or one day shipping.

In Manage Orders it indicates it’s a PSO order as it will say Second Day under Order type as opposed to standard.
