my seller deactivated and got this message

you have a separate account Go Max that was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the KHURAM selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk.

my reply is

The account in question was originally associated with a company named GO MAX LTD,

which belonged to the previous owner ofMAX DIGITAL LTD. I purchased the MAX

DIGITAL LTD account from the previous owner and subsequently transferred it to my

company, Zynax Ltd. Since the transfer, this account has been fully managed and operated by

Zynax Ltd, and it is no longer linked with GO MAX LTD in any capacity

i provide documented evidence of

1. Purchase agreement for the account from MAX DIGITAL LTD to Zynax Ltd.

2. Bank statement to show the Payment made for the Purchase of this account.

but amazon says this information is not enough

i am new seller and very frustrated now what to do.

please someone guide me in such regard experienced seller or amazon staff

Can anyone help me with my selling account deactivation for a reason which wasn't communicated to me prior to my account deactivation.

I received a mail on the 27th July which stated that "You have not provided the information that we requested 14 days ago. As a result, your listings are no longer active". My selling account was deactivated due to non submission within 14 days of certain information for the verification of my Amazon selling account. However, I didn't receive any mail suggesting that I should submit any information. I called the seller's support severally and explained to them that I didn't receive any communication prior to the account deactivation, but up till now my account remained deactivated.

I need people with wealth of experiences and knowledge in this area of Amazon operations to come to my aid and help me sort out this action against my livelihood. Thank you

Amazon have deactivated my account before I have started selling, saying that I have violated their multiple accounts policy (I have only set-up one account).

When I respond saying I only have one account, they keep responding saying they need more information regarding the other account (which doesn't exist as far as I'm aware). I've sent Amazon screenshots of my Brand Registry account (as I thought that may be the issue) and also my Amazon Ads account but they still won't reactivate my account. I have asked for more information regarding the violation but I keep getting the same response - 'we do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time'.

This has been going back and forth for a few days and now I'm lost as to what to do next. I'm new to Amazon in terms of selling and I'm finding the whole set-up process more complex than it's made out to be. I have no idea which policy I've violated as my account dashboard is showing as 'healthy' and there are zero policy violations showing.

Any guidance on what to do next will be much appreciated.
