Pre-fulfilment Cancel Rate
My Account is showing more showing 33.33% Pre-fulfilment cancel rate just because i had to cancel 1 order due to product being out of stock. How can this be? and how to correct this so my account is not affected??

Did you have more than 3 orders in the 7 days the metric represents?

This metric looks at all orders over a rolling 7 days. 1 cancellation to give a 33% cancellation rate suggests you have had 3 orders total in the current 7 day time period.

I had to cancel just 1 order and my cancellation rate is 25%.
You cannot correct it but it will drop off after 7 days, or % change as you get more orders in.
