Are Large letters we ship through veeqo protected from the VTR - excluded or validated behind the scenes

that includes all forms of Large letters BPL, ROYAL MAIL 48 etc

Can you add the shipping carrier name directly onto the mainpage so we know which carrier is auto assigned to an order.

Also can you add SKU info on Seller fulfilled prime orders . This will save label and picking times/paper.

Also can you add a more simplified way of splitting orders into packages - In linnworks its so easy.

We setup Veeqo a year ago with a view to migrating from Cloud Commerce Pro, but have been unable to move over. Veeqo has some basic (but just about acceptable) functionality to handle invoicing of wholesale customers, but is currently unable to produce a PDF invoice without giving XML errors on the system. We have chased and waited over a year for this to be fixed but the issues remain.

Does Veeqo plan to fix these bugs, or do you intend on removing any Wholesale functionality from the system?

Ok great. That sounds like a good workaround. I will keep an eye out for that going live.

In the meantime is it true that the ratio can be averted by signing up to the Priority Support? Essentially my issue is the ratio of shipping through Veeqo as a short term solution or is it possible for the ratio to be quashed in readiness for allowing Royal Mail rates without account.

My problem is we are using a another system which is frankly awful and has been for four years but we continue with it as there isn't really a viable alternative. We were all ready to go with Veeqo before you merged with Amazon. If there isn't then we will obviously wait for whats coming. Thanks

Yes priority support means you do not need to ship anything within Veeqo

But I am also happy to give you a waiver on the shipping ratio while you await for everything you need Veeqo.

Amazing. That would be amazing. I fear my hairline couldn't cope with another year of putting up with the garbage we're currently using. How do I go about doing that?

Hi is there any way to include the SKU in the Amazon shipping shipping labels like the one in the Royal mail label? So that we don't have to print 1 extra label for the SKU on each order?

Hi Matt,

We tried to ask this on the last Veeqo Q&A but didn't get an answer, and we have a deleted reply from yourself on this thread.

Is it possible to know anything about when Veeqo will integrate with Amazon Belgium?

Regards.
