Talking to Amazon is like hitting your head against brick wall.

Amazon deleted all our MOQ because they changed the policy but there are other sellers still got their listings up with minimum order quantity after 8 months, when you speak to Amazon (if you lucky ) they dont know anything and give you generic answers.

I found their policy is really unfair, they should remove MOQ from all sellers or let have everyone have it, We cant sell anything as other sellers are selling very cheap because they got MOQ. Ive complained hundred of times, giving them all the ASIN etc but get generic email.

Amazon workers dont know anything they just rely on Algorithm

Now that the techs in Amazon have completely wrecked the manage inventory page does anyone know where this new 'minimum pricing' has come from?

If I go to change a listing say from £12.99 to £9.99 a red box appears and says 'below your minimum price of £11.09', I never set a minimum price, there is nowhere in the edit listing that refers to minimum price and nothing in the business pricing or anywhere else, the only solution is to delete the item and relist it at the price you want to sell it at.

I spent 20 minutes with seller support and they had no answer other than they thought an AI BOT was now being used to estimate upper and lower price levels based on information that nobody knows what it is, have Amazon finally lost the plot on this one?

Has anyone faced this issue?

We are the brand owners and have brand registry however we are unable to update the any of the information, despite having full rights to update the product detail page.

Amazon tell us that the ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand and they recommend us to reach out to the winning brand owner for consideration.

We are the only seller of this product. Did anyone else manage to successfully resolve this issue? Seller Support is not willing to help me at all.
