VTR rate dropped for 109 orders of April?

Hi Everyone, I always marked my orders as “2nd class stamped /franked” and upto now my VTR rate has always been N/A but all of a sudden 109 APril orders are now showing as invalid even though they are all marked the same 2nd class stamps/franking. Can anyone advise where I have gone wrong. many thanks !! VTR now changed to 0.92% prior to this it was N/A

They changed the policy so that you can’t use stamps/franking anymore

There was an announcement and a few emails in Jan and Feb

If I buy Large Letter size standard 2nd class off Amazon - are they exempt from the VTR same a letter size ? thank you !
