Read onlyI have a small product that is contained in a tube (5 capsules in a steel tube. The opening end of the tube have rubber seals). parts of the product was lost during Amazon FBA warehouse/delivery. some of the capsules fell out.
Maybe it was my fault for not sealing the product in a polybag. When i packed the items for shipment to Amazon FBA, it was tightly packed in a smaller box. (100 units packed in a smaller box within the main box). I am 100% sure it arrived intact to amazon.
Customers left negative reviews on the product page.
Am i right that the reviews should be removed since it has nothing to do with the product itself?
(For the future i will shrink wrap the product, but what should i do about the reviews?)
Sorry you got this feedback but I don't believe Amazon will remove it as it is does relate to the item the customer received.
Unfortunately for you, it has everything to do with the product so there is little justification for removal of the poor reviews.
It seems that you didn't package it sufficiently well enough to survive onwards transit to customers. You shouldn't be worrying just about getting it to Amazon in good condition, it should also be packaged well enough to survive shipping to customers.
Hello @Seller_LCDWkrWtGEDE2
Could you please provide me case ID related to the negative feedback to have a look?
(Not promising anything)
