Fighting for my Balance after account have been Suspended

Looking for help or advice what to do next
My account been suspended and my balance have been held by amazon .
Could not retrieve my account in any way with appeals, but my balance have been in jeopardy also.
I had one appeal for my earned money I did explained what happen and I got this email :
“Thank you for your appeal. We have completed a comprehensive review of your account and we have removed our hold on the funds in your account. While we have approved disbursement, you may be required to complete identify verification before the funds can be transferred. EU regulations require us to collect certain business and personal information from our Sellers and take appropriate steps to confirm their identity. Because of these regulations, we cannot disburse any funds to you until you have completed this identify verification process.
To provide the missing information and regain your selling privileges, please log in to Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/) using the email address and password associated with your account. Follow the instructions displayed in the notification box on the first page in Seller Central to continue. A self-service feature will guide you through the process of providing the information we need.”
I was happy to get news that my balance will be released, but now i am getting emails every 5 days :
“We are validating the information you have provided us. We inform you that we will retain your payment during the validation process. We will get in touch with you in case we need more information. If we do not contact you, the information will be verified within a period of 5 working days”
No notifications in my account of any information amazon would like to receive from me, no e-mails, no red instructions in account settings, nothing accept every 5 days same email . its been already 3 same emails like this I get.
Don’t know what to do next , and what to hope ;/
Also I been tried to contact payments-declined@amazon.com or create a case true my suspended account asking for more information , but getting robot answer as before appeal “ why my account have been suspended”
Maybe someone been in similar situation and could help me or give an advice what to do next ? I would be really grateful, thank you in advance

Amazon have said that they are happy for your funds to be released for disbursal to you, however before that is possible you need to have your identity re-verified.
As they are not requesting any extra info to complete this verification at present then it is safe to assume that they are simply busy and the “5 days” is proving too short a timescale with the current workoad that they have.
If they do not resolve this shortly then why not pop an email over to the Executive team and ask them to expedite it for you?

I know it’s been asked many times before, but what exactly happens to the money that Amazon hold? Assuming many people just give up chasing due to teh extreme stress etc. It’s not Amazons money, does anyone actually know for a fact what they do with it?
