Amazon Section 3 suspension in US, where i have only used UK account

hi, new comer here, I primarily used my Amazon account in UK market place, have never used it in US, while setting up the account the name had '/' in it, all other market places allowed the '/' except US market place where I had to use '_' in the name, my account has been suspended stating section3 voilation from the US store, I have tried multiple dozen times to speak with agents from Uk, they have advised multiple things to upload like bills, IDs and passports and nothing has worked in the appeals, there is no way to contact US team who have suspended the account, there is a generic email address provided which closes itself saying its a wrong portal to appeal, I feel completely helpless after trying for months with no bright light ahead, tried speaking to some companies they are charging 1500 pounds or so, I feel its extremely unfair on amazon's end where they won't even tell why its suspended and what I can do to reactivate it. I have attached pictures from performance centre, if anyone can help that will be really kind.
