How to handle Amazon MCF returns?

I use Amazon MCF to handle all the shipments from my Shopify store. Just wondering how you guys are handling any customer returns back to the Amazon warehouse? I tried printing a return label and looks like the customer has to pay for their own shipping? Just wondering if anyone is doing this successfully and if they can share their workflow? Thanks!
