I can not change my main image!

I tried to edit the main picture both in Amazon Seller Central and refresh with template for several times but yet I failed for the same reason below:

The SKU data provided is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog. The item_id data provided matches ASIN XXXXXXXXX, but the following data is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog: media_id (Merchant: '41l-HMTi5NL' / Amazon: '31Hh8QyKJgL'). If this is the right ASIN for your product, update your data to match what's in the Amazon catalog. If it's not the right ASIN, make sure that your data for item_id is correct.

The MAIN image that you have submitted shows a product that is different than the product represented by the ASIN's existing MAIN image. To resolve this problem, remove or update your contribution's MAIN image so that it shows the correct product, or update your contribution's identifying information (e.g. UPC, ASIN) so that it corresponds to the product shown in your MAIN image.

I contacted to Amazon Seller Support for so many times. I was told that the new main image did not meet the requirements. The Amazon Product Images Requirements shows that main images must show products outside of their packaging. Boxes, bags, or cases should not appear in the image unless they are an important product feature. I am sure that the items we listed on the new main picture are important, neccesary and legal. So it makes me so confused why I got rejected for changing the product main picture.

I doubt that I do not own the editing right of my own product.

I think it is clear. The ASIN is attributed to a sock and your picture is showing a shoe.

Having the same issue, did you figure out how to fix this? Seller support keeps rushing to close the case. Not sure how to correct via flat file "media_id". There is no field on our end for it.
