Change account from individual to professional accout
Hi there,
I learned that with an individual account I can only sell a max of 40 items per month, while no limitations on sales with professional account.
So I want to convert my account from individual to professional. I cannot find a way to do that!
Can anyone here help with this? Did you ever do this in the past? Do I need to contact customer service to do it, or can I do it myself?

Thank you for your post and for using the forums.
With an individual selling plan you aren't restricted to selling 40 items a month. You can sell as many items as you like but you will pay a fee per item sold. If you sell more than 40 items a month then a professional selling plan may be more cost effective for you but it is not a requirement to sign up for the professional selling plan.

It is possible for you to switch plans yourself, Seller Support are unable to do this for you. If you do decide to switch please be aware that you will be charged a monthly subscription fee. These two help pages will give some more details about the fee and instructions of how to switch plans:
