No Policy to refund mistakenly charged fba small size product removal order as oversized product removal order

I have launched a product on amazon fba in february after calculating profit margin and fee on amazon fba calculator and that time shipping fee was 2.5 but when we launched the product the shipping fee became 4.91 and i considered amazon has incresaed the shipping cost after selling 200 units I reaslised I am making a huge loss per unit so I removed my inventory from amazon warehouse and after completing the order the shipping fee was 6 pounds per unit even my purchasing price per unit is under 4 pounds. I requested the remeasurement and in remeasurement the amazon declared my product as small parcel and reimubrsed all the extra fee they charged for all my 200 sold units. Now I applied for reimbursement of my removal fee and i was surprised and said there is no policy to refund the removal fee even the mistake or error is at amazon side because that fee is locked and non returnable. Anyone else has faced this issue and resolved ? your help is much needed because that is a huge loss for me. Thanks Everyone
