Account suspension due to related to former business partner's account

Account suspension due to related to former business partner's account

Hello all, my account have been suspended due to account relation, the related account is belong to my business partner。 The partner had left our company 4 years ago, when he worked with us, he have registered an account from Japan, his account have been merged with our accounts which is unable to be unmerged, last year, his account violated Amazon’s policy, no any appeal path anymore.

how to prove that we do no any relationship with his account to Amazon? I had submitted his resignation documents and our business separation agreement, I do not share anything of his account. Amazon rejected my appeal.

So looking for some feedback or advice in order to appeal to reinstate my account. Any idea?

Its always tricky when you have Partners, however normally if you can prove that you are no longer affiliated with that person, then they will accept that, and I would have thought that a seperation agreement would serve as valid proof.

Just a thought - has your former partner definately removed you from their account, as if they have not that would explain why they have not accepted what you have provided.

Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contract termination, or partnership deed etc. Make sure to submit valid documents for further verification.
