Hello, I received an e-mail like this -- Clarify the actual location from where your business does physical trading activities.
Explain why you are using a virtual office address as your registered business address I write my real address but Amazon perceives it as a virtual address but it is my physical and real address. Even though I sent e-mails many times, it was not accepted. Can you help me?

I have a same problem. My residental address in Turkey but the utility bill requested on business address. I kept in touch with the seller support team via case. I have a leasing agreement document that is waited to submit. Just waiting seller support teams guidance.
