VTR super low despite shipping with signed for service which is scanned all the way to customer
Hi, i just got message that my VTR is close to 0%! I use mostly signed for shippping service by national postal service. This service is scanned all the way to customer. All parcels are divered in time. Despite this my VTR is super low. Does anyone if it's an error or what? Or the polish postal service is not compatible with Amazon system and Amazon system does not see it?

It all depends on how you record your shipments in Seller Central. If you create download the report from the VTR page, you will be able to see which shipments are causing the low VTR. You will then be able to make corrective actions.
Despite this my VTR is super low
