    why do amazon just beleive anyone who says not deliver when tracking shows delivered

    @Jilly B. Sadly we have had a couple of refunds granted where tracking and GPS are valid but the signature is not that of the addressee. In both cases was the name of a character in a movie (one about wizards the other about star droids). On challenging this we were told the signature did not match the name of the addressee.

    So if the postie or another member of the family or the buyer fakes a name prepare to have your account debited and lose the item itself.

    I have the same problem with customers having your pants down saying its broke, but dont cooperate with you. Its simple if i dont get images this will go round and round in circles. Also reporting products as fake annoys me (some of you seller know what im talking about) We live in a world of people who are not fair and Amazon are quick to take money off you back to the customer, damage your store and possibility deactivate your store.

    I've got the same shiiiiit, and lost 200 pounds, even with proof of delivery from UPS. Amazon just believe buyer's words so much.

    Perhaps if Royal Mail started using the PIN code system for Tracked 24/48 and special deliveries? Now that would prevent a lot of worms escaping from a lot of cans.

    No wrong addresses, no left by the the bins, no failed deliveries, no wrong persons, no lots of other things.

    Would we all pay a little extra to have that facility or choice?

    Here is what Amazon focuses on (according to Amazon):

    1. Ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.

    2. etc etc.

    Now all that sellers have to do is make Amazon realise we are their customers. Easy ! They could start on this by making a start on this - it would only be about three decades overdue.
