I have noticed , payment dashboard statement has not been updated after 17/9?

All the items sold and despatched on 18/09 by fba are not showing up in the statement? Has anyone else faced the same issue? If so has anyone got in touch with support?

Hi, anyone had any problem with today's payment statement? Mine looks completely inaccurate, I checked the transaction statement and it looks like it is missing around a weeks worth of sales. This has led to Amazon not keeping anything back as a reserve which is even more odd. Really strange, not had this before. If it is an Amazon error it is really worrying how this could happen, I have not changed anything my side. I have created a case, waiting for Amazon to respond, they did not have an immediate explanation.

Fingers crossed the error is found quickly, for my sake.....

It appears that Amazon have changed the way they account for withheld funds. Withheld funds used to show as an account level reserve number on the Payment Dashboard (summary statement) so it was easy to look the Payment Dashboard and see how much Amazon still owed you at the end of a settlement period. Now the withheld funds are handled via deferred transactions but the balance of these don't appear on the Payment Dashboard for historical settlement periods, so now the Payment Dashboad statement summaries are incorrect as the are missing key balance information.

It's a bit like getting a bank statement that's hiding some transactions and not accounting for the fact.

The transaction report doesn't help either for historical settlement periods.

Deferred transactions were introduced to make reonciliation of withheld money easier but it seems to have made it impossible to reconcile to a point in the past using the Payment Dashboard summary statements.
