Safe-T Claim
So a customer returns an item with ripped labels and tags missing, but they have been reimbursed at first scan. I appeal with photo’s and Amazon have reimbursed me £4.40 on an item that cost us £13.30, take off the return postage of £3.35 and in effect we get £1.05. I think Amazon are just sitting there laughing at us. I have appealed against the £4.40, we’ll see where that ends up.

I cannot work out how the Safe-T claims work. There seems to be no pattern or consistency. I think the outcome just depends on who is actually dealing with the case at the given time.

So, I’ve appealed 4 times and been denied each time. Next step is an email to the managing director.

So. Nothing happened with the managing director, it was refused again. I now have a notice of action in the post to amazon.
