Collectible coin
Hello,
I am approved for the collectible coin category but still have items improperly removed by Amazon. The 2023 Somalia Elephant is monetized bullion but Amazon support has denied every appeal (10 so far) to reinstate it.
Thanks!

This would appear to be one of your products that was removed, could you provide some background as to why it was removed? Did you receive a performance notification? Were you asked to provide any supporting evidence?
Typically, you should receive a performance notification, or more details are provided in your account health page of seller central.
I would suggest providing more details surrounding your situation for us and the community to offer more guidance. Please note that if you do provide a performance notification or communication, to remove any personal information prior to posting.

Hi @Black_Swan_Games
Charles from Amazon here.
Have you sent in the requested information? Keep in mind, any submission, such as a status update request, is not a successful appeal without the documentation requested.
As a retailer, you are responsible for ensuring that your products are in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and practices; as well as being in line with our polices.
Certain product categories carry a specific level of government scrutiny. Certain product categories here carry a certain level of specific policy guidelines. This is relevant to many policy requirements, including required certifications, and product recalls, for example.
Sometimes, if what you are saying about the product, ie: the claim that you are making, there could be a restricted claim. Perhaps the items are subject to government regulations, where only the brand or manufacturer can resolve, as may be the case.
As advised above, it is requested to obtain the appropriate and most up to date certificates, or approvals by following the guidance provided.
Please continue to check with the forums for resources and education in order for you to be successful.

I finally got this fixed by letting the case close after 5 days and opening a new case that was promptly corrected by someone who actually knows what monetized bullion is.
Fast forward to today and I had a listing removed for the same reason. This time for the 1 oz Noah’s Ark coin that’s from the Central Bank of Armenia. I explained in the appeal that it’s monetized bullion and I’m approved for the collectible coin category. I also included this link to the central banks website. Obviously it was denied by someone overseas who has no clue what they’re doing. I just reopened that appeal with the following appeal. I’m really tired of having almost every single listing I create removed only to be re-added several weeks later after over a dozen appeals. This has happened dozens of times this year alone.
This item is monetized bullion and is allowed as a restricted item as I’m approved for the collectible coin category. It is monetized as it’s worth 500 drams and issued on behalf of the Central Bank of Armenia. It’s bullion because it’s a 1 ounce silver coin. That makes it monetized bullion which again is why the category of collectible coins exists, to sell items exactly like this one. Here is a link to the website of the Central Bank of Armenia. The central bank for the government in Armenia. https://www.cba.am/en/sitepages/ncinvestmentcoins.aspx

Hello @Black_Swan_Games
Thank you for writing to us. This is Jennie from Amazon.
I completely understand that your another listing got flagged for the same reason.
As you mentioned, that you got this fixed by letting the case close after 5 days and opening a new case and providing strong explanation, I’d encourage you to follow the same steps to address this violation too.
Also because the listings are getting flagged multiple times for the same reason, please try to submit an appeal with the clear explanation along with the approval documents as a proof. So it would be great if you could attach any sort of document or evidence to proof that you are allowed to sell this product.
There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating on the platform, Restricted Products Policy is one of the important policies.
To better understand this policy we would recommend that you can also visit our help pages in Seller central and browse through the restricted product policy page.
This page contains the definition along with category wise examples that are considered to be restricted items on the platform.
Once the due – diligence and understanding of the policy is made, please response to team with the explanation and supporting evidences or documents.
For further details on the policy please visit: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/200164330
Good luck!
Regards,
Jennie.

Wow, just like Seller Support. 6 different people over 40 days and no resolution in sight.
Has anyone tried linking @Goodbye in on this coin thing?

@ Black_Swan_Games Do not put .999 Silver in the title Use the drop down menu to indicate silver. Let your picture do the talking on saying it is .999 Silver. Make sure you indicate in the title and the description and bullet points it is 100 Shillings. I am one of the original people from the coin category startup in 2015. I have no problem listing silver and gold coins, monetized coins only. If you put 1 Oz Silver in the title it will get kicked out. Try it without the 1 Oz in there. I have listings with Silver in the title but I do not state any weight in the title.
