Sales Dropped
Hey guys, has anyone else noticed a major drop in sales recently?
I’m still running ads, but my organic sales have pretty much stopped completely, and even my ads aren’t converting the way they were before. It’s been like this for around two weeks now where I’m barely getting any sales at all.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this at the moment?
Would love to know:
if you’ve seen similar drops recently
whether you think it’s algorithm related
and what changes you made to recover sales
Trying to figure out if this is a wider issue or something I need to fix on my side. Thanks guys

Remarkably buoyant at the moment, across all sites, for what historically is the book trade's quietest part of the year.

If it's only happening for organic sales, it might be a buy box issue.

Yes, this month specially the last two weeks, massive drop in sales. Hoping it's temporary.

Heatwave and school holidays and prime day at the end of this month.
Depending on your category of selling you would likely see sales fall or massively increase if you are garden summer focused.
This is the norm for the UK school holidays and warm weather always has a massive effect on sales depending o your category. Prime at the end of the month will also encourage people to hesitate with their purchases as they believe they might get a bargain.

Hi @Seller_mVGa99IsA6ck1,
I appreciate you reaching out on the Seller Forums! While I don't have direct insights into your specific listings, I'd recommend checking a few key areas that commonly cause sudden sales drops.
First, confirm your listings are active and buyable - go to Inventory > Manage Inventory and look for any "Inactive" or "Suppressed" status flags. Even if they show as active, search for your ASINs directly on Amazon.co.uk to verify they're appearing in results with a working "Add to Basket" button.
Next, review your Account Health Dashboard for any new notifications or policy flags that could be affecting visibility.
I'd also recommend checking your Business Reports for any traffic changes that might point to whether this is a visibility issue or a conversion issue.
If everything looks normal on your end and the issue persists, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so they can investigate your specific account.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
All the best,
Jameson

Yes sales in the toilet, worst ever sales in many years & it's not limited to Amazon.
