Customer Support are just awful

case ID 10000469862.

@Julia_Amzn@Winston_Amazon@Jona_Amazon

Is anyone able to tag an admin to look into this as support are just not helping at all and won't read what I am writing to them.

THE ISSUE:

I sent in 400+ units in 2 shipments of 4 different ASINS.

ALL UNITS RECEIVED DURING SHIPMENT.

after they were received they have now gone missing in FC transfer. all 402 units are now gone. no record on any report, no record on any of the ASIN stock counts. 0 units stranded.

POOF gone.

Seller support keep just saying they counted them and all units were received. THAT'S GREAT NOW WHERE ARE THEY?? gone but no one wants to talk about that issue.

I assume you mean Seller Support, not Customer Support ? (which is for our customers, not sellers).

You have already tagged in forum mods, but they are not the same as 'admin', so need to wait and see if any respond.

Hello @Seller_30wrcrU7WPCiY,

Thank you for reaching out!

Your case is still under review, so I am not able to take any action at the moment. Please keep me updated on the outcome of your case, and once it's resolved, I can review it. 😊

Kind regards,

Julia.

This will be difficult for seller support to fathom but i would urge you to perhaps relook at your shipments.

As I am not familiar with how many shipments there are and what you do I have to perhaps make some assumptions.

Check other shipments on your list and also perhaps a shipment that you haven't created but has been allocated.

It is not unusual for units to be allocated elsewhere without noticing and you need to do an inventory report. Sometimes units are put into stock without allocation. I know it sounds strange but it can happen.

Are the shipments showing as complete? It can sometimes take around 6 weeks for it to right itself?

The problem here is that most of the information will be somewhere in your reports and inventory but you do have to look for it. Seller support will not know what you are on about and likely to just keep sending generic responses.

I think nearly ALL sellers would agree that SellerSupport is quite bad....its almost like it is deliberately bad, so sellers don't contact them

I hope you goods are found,

Amazon recently lost a box of goods, sales value over £200.

After 5 weeks of investigation and many lengthy exhausting help requests , 8 phone calls, the low value contents were reimbursed.

No mention of the higher value contents that were in the same delivery! . My request to look into the higher value goods has been ignored again and again.

This happens many times during transfer, if there are no discrepancies you should not worry. Soon they will be added to your inventory stock. Can take 2 - 3 weeks.

While i don't deal with these issues day-to-day, i know we've had this same problem many times, and it's incredibly frustrating.

i think the majority of our issues have eventually been resolved without loss, but it is sometimes very slow and it seems the people you're dealing with can't understand what seems obvious to me/us.

Amazon is an extremely big organisation, and people working there are probably focussed on a small part of one area of the whole operation.

try to stay calm, you'll probably need to repeat yourself a few times, stick with the facts but by all means let them know how difficult they're making things for you/us.

well

its not really customer support frankly

they are based in india with no power to make decisions

its just a patsy to make you support the most customer centric company mantric

means nothing and dont expect any useful help on anything

my opinion after decades...

YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS!

I just received the mother of all replies.

i am missing 4 asins 400 units in total in Germany from German shipments.

SS replies saying they have located 80 units of Asin 1 and 80 units of Asin 2 in the UK. That's right 4 weeks of investigation and they close the case with that bombshell.

To top it off they put this at the end "Please let us know how we did" as if they are waiting for some sort of treat.

they aren't even looking in the right country and still only found 2/4 asins and 160/400 units.

Thats just my normal UK stock.

Give me my reimbursement already...

There is no such thing as support from Amazon, you are entirely on your own. Contacting them is always a waste of time. Always.
