Multiple orders combined for buy shipping
we quite often get customers make several separate orders but we will group them together and send them as a parcel.
We can not work out how to do this with buy shipping? and get them all on the same tracking/package details?

AFAIK you can’t. All orders are meant to be sent separately. Daft, I know, if they are going to the same address and can all fit in one package/parcel.
The only way is getting your shipping elsewhere. But again, it’s against policy to get around it by doing so. I think.
The only one’s that can do it are Amazon themselves.

Ship one then use the same tracking code for the rest. Never been an issue for us.
We don’t send letters other than large. Not sure if the same applies for letters.

I combine orders using the same tracking and have never been penalised for it.
In fact the software I use to mark items as dispatched treats each item ordered as a different package (don’t ask…I presume something funny with file uploads or something?) when dispatching.
So if a customer orders 5 things off me, even if on the same order, my software will mark then as dispatched in 5 different boxes all with the same tracking number… Never been an issue
It will also combine orders and upload the same tracking if they bought 5 things over 5 orders.
