Is it possible to obtain a GB-EORI via a non-UK company?
In order to import goods and deliver them to the Amazon UK warehouses I need to have a GB-EORI. However I don’t have a UK-registered company. Any tips would be much appreciated:

If non/Uk resident and sending stock to Uk FBA centre, you therefore must have a Uk Vat number?? HMRC have been issuing GB EORI numbers to Relevant VAT accounts that have been declaring these imports in their VAT returns

As @Shrewsbury_Marine_S1said, obtaining an EORI is straightforward amd the number will be derived from your GB :VAT number (which you must already have.)

Prior to shipping any inventory into Amazon’s FBA warehouses in the UK, you will need to register for the VAT. And your VAT number will be also included in the EORI number, once you apply for it.

We applied to an GBP-EORI via HMRC’s online application form. Submitting the Maltese EORI and the company details it only took a minute or so for us to obtain GBP-EORI.
