Unable to upload Documents for Verification
Dear Experts,
I am facing a problem with an individual US account. I have applied for an individual account through my UK seller central and provided all the required details. In documents upload section for identity verification, I only got an option for “Passport upload”. So, i was able to upload my passport for verification purpose. The account got rejected due to my passport belongs to a country which is not in the list of Amazon.
I am living and working in the UK for many years. I tried to reinstate the application by launching a new case and uploading my UK driving license as a UK resident proof. Amazon support guy responds that i am not allowed to upload any document in that newly opened case and they provide me with the same link to upload any document (where i had uploaded my passport). When i open this link again, the upload documents option is disabled.
I would be thankful if some experts help me to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately if your nationality is not one that Amazon.com will allow to open an account then I don’t see a way you are going to get around that limitation.
Each marketplace has its own rules and being allowed to trade on one does not guarantee you will be able to trade on others or all of them.

I have the same problem; ‘‘Upload document’’ button is not existing anymore, I can’t complete my registration for amazon.com. They told me that I have reached max amount of attempts for submitting.
In the meantime do you resolve this problem @LuxProducts ?
