As a buyer, where on the Amazon shopping app can you find your submitted seller feedback?

Trying to help a customer who wants to remove feedback left against us.

I have the Amazon shopping app installed, but I cannot find where you can remove previous feedback. When you go to order history you can only leave feedback, not remove feedback already left. Any ideas where I can find this because I am struggling and no wonder buyers are too.

Even without the app and using a Windows PC this is difficult and not intuitive for a customer. If you can persuade your customer to use a PC these instructions work

Removing Feedback

Log into Your Account
Into your browser bar enter www.amazon.co.uk/feedback
Select Completed Feedback tab
You will see a list of orders for which you have left feedback
Select the Remove Feedback button adjacent to the text Your Submitted Feedback
