Why is the 'Add to Basket' button not visible on the our products?

Why is the 'Add to Basket' button not visible on the our products?

The products we added do not show the 'Add to Basket' button on both this account and our other account. Instead, the 'See Buying Options' button appears. Additionally, we are not visible in the Featured Offer section. Despite selling at the lowest price, we are listed as the Lowest Price seller, but when customers click on the product, more expensive sellers are shown instead.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? Any suggestions for a solution?

Price is only one factor, there are many others. Obviously not possible to give you the exact reason (since Amazon won't either), but your seller feedback isn't great so that could be a reason.
