I am a new Amazon Seller. I have just added an item from Add a Product from Inventory and with 150 items in stock but on item is showing Out of stock in the listing.
how can i add the item correctly to show its available and in stock???

It is most likely that you are not fully verified. Have a look in your account info for any message about having limited access - there is a stage where you can list but not sell.
As mentioned, your main image isn’t strictly allowed and as you have used the images from your Chinese manufacturer there are the usual amount of spelling mistakes that you should really correct before your listing is live.
Edit - also be careful with images that have multiple colours shown whereas the listing is only for a single colour.
